For my first portrait pictures I strongly believe that I took great pictures in which my models completely forgot the camera which made them comfortable. The things i could of fixed were the lighting in the First and Last picture due to my shadow ruining the picture. The amount of high definition in the 2-4 make the picture really crisp and clear. Overall i think i did a good job on the photos.

Composition Rules
Before |
After The objects on this picture are arranged in a porportional pattern. There are many square like shapes in the picture. I notice that the photographer used many priciples of design such as putting emphasis on the main object and using many lines in this picture. There are also patterns and porportions in the picture becasue of all of the shapes and angles in the picture. As you can see i croppeed the guy on the left out to put even more emphasis on the main object. 10 rules of Composition In this article i liked Tip 5: Leading Lines. I think this rule was useful because te people in the backround make a line on the pathway and also make it more interesting that there is no center peice but objects and structures all around. 18 rules of composition I liked the background composition because it explains how the backround is forgotten and the picture turns out better becasue of what comes out in the backround. 5 elements of composition In this artilce I liked Symmetry becasue if focuses on a pathway which leads to another object creating the effect of lines everywhere. Compositions I liked the Lean into the frame composition which you point at an object that is displayed in a corner and see what is behind the main structures. Photography rules and compositions The composition i liked in this article was Rule of thirds which balance out the picture so it wont become dull leaving it separated and flexible for the viewer to see. |

First Photo outing - Principals of Design
This is my favorite picture. It meets my element of design which is patterns. The wall creates a pattern by the bricks being stacked on top of one another and next to each other and the shadow creates a mystical effect. Here is the link to the site of elements of design. |
